Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. As a GHL VA, you will manage and optimize the use of the GoHighLevel CRM platform for our business and clients. Your role will be crucial in streamlining operations, automating tasks, and improving customer management, while also handling various administrative duties to support the team.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding:

    • Guide new clients through the onboarding process for a smooth transition.

    • Set up and configure client accounts, workflows, and automations.

    • Provide training on GoHighLevel features.

  • Customer Support:

    • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and troubleshooting.

    • Provide ongoing technical support and ensure timely responses.

  • Snapshot Management:

    • Push out monthly GoHighLevel snapshots to clients.

    • Customize and update snapshots to meet clients' business needs.

    • Monitor and adjust snapshot performance as needed.

  • Campaign Management:

    • Assist with email, SMS, and marketing campaign setup and execution.

    • Track, report, and optimize client campaigns and workflows.

  • Data Management & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate client data in the CRM.

    • Generate reports and offer insights into campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, CRM Manager, or similar role.

  • Proven experience with GoHighLevel or other CRM platforms.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, lead generation, and email/SMS campaigns.

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other remote communication platforms.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
